Support staff is superb. MOST of the physicians are outstanding, except for LAKE ROSS, who is totally incompetent and useless. Endangers veterans' lives and health by being too lazy to refill essential medications (he once neglected to reorder some of mine for nearly 4 months- finally got them after I filed official complants.) IF YOU GET ASSIGNED TO ROSS, DEMAND ANOTHER PHYSICIAN FOR PRIMARY CARE! Some GREAT ones there are Mark Irvin, Patrick Burba, and a few others. BUT AVOID ROSS LIKE THE PLAGUE! I am a multiply wounded, highly decorated retired senior officer of the US Army. Ross once physically assaulted me in the clinic when I called him out on his incompetence. BEWARE LAKE ROSS!

They always answer the phone in a timely manner. Love my PCP, he listens,answers my questions,and I don't feel like just another number there.
