Front desk staff were great but it was very unsettling to not be allowed to see my dog until she was discharged a few hours later.  Also night doc didn't seem to understand how to diagnose without several expensive tests, and she suggested we could euthanize our puppy when i couldn't afford the tests or suggested hospital stay. I had to take my puppy back against medical advice with lots of guilt about the whole thing.  A few days later she is perfectly fine and happy. I don't think I'll be going back.

Its tough going to the ER or a specialist when it comes to our loved ones, but the treatment and consultations are top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable Doctors and staff make it all a little easier. When I received a condolence card with a handwritten note after my Mini-boo passed away I knew that place was something special.

My puppy woke up straight up bloody stools - I panicked and rushed her over to VSEC where everyone from the front desk to the techs and vet were amazing.  Dr. Murray was phenomenally kind, thorough, and informative and also reassuring.  She put my mind at ease, went through all of our options, including cost. My baby is on the right med and already almost back to normal, the same day! Would recommend VSEC to anyone in the area.

We were just panicked because our cat was foaming at the mouth. The vet team checked out our baby and took great care of him. Turns out he was reacting to the flea spray we gave him. We will definitely take him back here. Great staff. We are very grateful. Thank you.

The staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors in the back were terrific. Their compassion is beyond professional what end up being one of my worst days was made a little easier because of the staff... Very clean and professional
