Being served by enthusiastic staff speaking little or no English from handsome (but small)  selection of unlabeled buffet items is challenging and a bit adventurous.  Everything is visually appealing. - hot and ready. I use point and nod system. They nod and point to "pork" and "beef" when asked. Rice and noodles (of course) and some vegetables with southern soul (greens and yams). 
Whole chicken feet easily discernable without explanation (adds dimension to sauces) so be ready. 
Never disappointed in taste or quality, but never quite sure what to have again because of language barrier. Will definitely keep coming back for surprise treat.
