The debit cards last a cpl months before cracking or peeling, the 7-10 days for a replacement card avgs a month to get it and that's if the employees actually order the card on your first attempt. No issues money wise but debit and over the phone service is terrible. Also if you have any issues with your card working they do not offer 24/7 phone assistance so pray your card works after 6 pm. Would also like to add that they have like two locations and none of them are located in a good location like most banks. Definitely no perks to using this place I'm in the process of switching to a real bank now

Just a small credit union. If your a business persons this credit union is most likely not for you.  They are non existent other then in a tiny area of Michigan.
     Oh and if your young don't get this bank. No Apple Pay no android pay no samsung pay.

I have been a member with this credit union long before they became Vibe. Way back in the early 90's. I even had joint accounts with each of my teenage children with atm cards the kids used for their personal use with their early jobs and spending. Each of my kids got their very first loans through this credit union, my son to buy his very first car and my daughter to "establish" credit prior to going off to college.
The kids have moved on over the years while moving out of the area but I have stayed and been quite pleased with their service. In the early days of online banking and bill paying I was nervous but have over the years been very pleased with the credit union's website display, options and ease of use. And every loan I have ever requested has been quickly and easily handled and the funds have been available right away, within 24 hours.
And when I have financial questions or need help with notary services I always know the employees are there to see to my needs with a smile. Every time I walk in the door there is always a pleasant welcome and they have not forgotten my name in over 20 years.

They have a beautiful facility here in Novi. I've attended meetings in the conference room, and had a great experience. The staff seem super friendly, and easy to talk to. I showed up before they opened this winter, and they let me wait inside.
