I've had the privilege of interacting with everyone that works at Vibrant Smiles and I have to say they are all awesome at what they do. I've had fillings, crowns, implants, and cleaning done there. Always with great results. They deserve 10 stars!

Dr. Owens is WONDERFUL however his wife, Lindsey, is the front desk manager and also does his estimates. She's VERY rude, nasty and acts as if she's better than you! She actually called me incompetent because I question why a simple extraction was being up-coded to a surgical extraction. Her response was because the tooth was in bone...although ALL teeth are.  She explained that because the dentist only makes 30$ when billing threw insurance they code it surgical so the insurance won't cover it therefore he makes more money off me.. couldn't believe she said that to me. That my friend is fraud! Stay far away. It's such a shame because the dentist is so great but she ruins it for him. The reviews, which all say, she's rude are accurate and hopefully he sees them before he loses all his patients because of her. She's his wife so after all, how much trouble will she get in for being disrespectful to patients?!??

They are gentle with my children they're great they explain everything and they are quick so the fear of the pain is minimized. Best dentist we've had in a very long time.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here.  My wife and I have both had fillings, root canals, and crowns done here and everything was smooth and fine.  The staff is friendly and very understanding, they have always been forthcoming about insurance information.  Those who feel they get tricked on insurance should be responsible adults and understand their policies before they go to the dentist.  I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and I plan to continue going here.

I have been a patient of this office for about two and a half years now. The Doctor is very gentle and completely helped me through my dental anxiety. The staff is awesome!!! The lovely ladies made sure I was comfortable for each of my visits. It really makes you feel good that the doctor sits down and makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered. I would recommend Dr. Owens and his team to all my friends and family. thanks guys you rock
