Vic has been my Insurance agent for more than 20 years and he has always been there to help me. There was a time when I bought a car on a Saturday afternoon and I reached out to Vic and with no paperwork signed, he said I'm covered. Everyone in my family has a car accident at one time and we have always been able to reach out to Vic immediately on the scene and he is right on it. But, the biggest help is with my house, we have had several hail claims, as we do in north Texas, and none have ever been denied and I believe its because not only is State Farm the best insurance out there, it's also that Vic is most likely one of the most experienced insurance agents out there. He spent his first 15 to 20 years with State Farm as an adjuster and that alone makes him very familiar with claim.  I believe Vic McLane is simply the best agent when it comes to the claim possess. I have gotten my roof paid for several times as I was saying and on two different occasions my neighbors were not able to get there roof paid for and they were within a few houses of me, the damages was light those years but I still got a new roof and my neighbors did not. I would advise if your looking for an insurance agent to go with Vic McLane. Very satisfied customer Darrell Beckum.

Vic McLane and Carol Martin have been wonderful to work with.  Carol is helpful, knowledgeable easy to contact ALWAYS!  Whenever I have a question, she has the answer.  Actually the whole office works as a team. Our time with them has always been great. Whether it’s for our vehicles or home, they know their stuff! Highly recommend them.

I love this office!  Employees are friendly, courteous,  and know their stuff.  They can answer any questions I might have and if they don't  know the answer they research and always allways call me back. My business has been with them for many years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. THANKS GUYS

I have been a customer with Vic McClane State Farm for almost 20 years.  During this time,  I have never had a claim on my homeowners policy. In 2015 I called Vic McClane's office to file a claim for roof damage suffered from hail.  I was advised that before I could file a claim I had to speak with Vic McClain. When Vic McClain came on the line, he said he showed no storms in my community in Colleyville.  I advised him that both my neighbors on either side as well as up and down my street had already had their roofs replaced because of hail, and he retorted that unless I could prove to State Farm that I had my $10,000 deductible in the bank, I could not file a claim.  I finally went around McClane and went directly to State Farm where I got  Dan Wilson as the adjuster, who denied my claim.  I had to continue up the line to get an independent "umpire" who eventually acknowledged my roof and interior damage.  For two years I endured a leaking roof which resulted in significant interior damage, which includes BLACK MOLD.  The black mold is a direct result of the prolonged roof leak.  Now Vic McClane and State Farm Insurance Company refuse to pay for mold remediation which was caused by their failure to cure my roof damage in a timely manner. I am breathing black mold as a result of State Farm's failure. I am a senior and a female.  PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VIC McCLANE STATE FARM!! This is how they treat a 20 year customer!!!
