As a firm believer of "you get what you pay for", we made the decision to accept the proposal of the highest bidder. Why? Victor's presentation covered in detail what tasks his team would perform and was followed up in writing. Not only did they accomplish what they said they would do, they did more. Several recommendations were made to change color and trim coverage which we accepted. The results were fantastic! The level of surface preparation before painting was very thorough. All of the surfaces were primed prior to the final coat. Even the foundation was cleaned and resurfaced. The entire job took only three days and the clean-up was very thorough. If you are seeking a first class painting contractor, certainly give Victor an opportunity to submit a proposal. You won't be disappointed!

These guys were the best! Their rates were wonderful and their service impeccable! Our house was peeling and flaking and they fixed all the woodwork, peeling stucco, primed the whole place, and expertly painted our property. We went from being the shabby place on the block to one of the most charming properties in four days times! Excellent workmanship, commitment to detail, courteous and extremely professional, on time, & last but not least, affordable. Victor of Vic House Painting gave a proposal that was thorough & without any sales gimmicks. He told me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and why. Other pros definitely had a sales pitch which turned me off. I chose Vic becuz he was affordable and I trusted him. This paid off becuz he did an excellent job and handled every unforeseen problem that came up. He kept the place clean during the project, had his own W2 employees, and worked along side with his team. We had a large 2 story duplex with a third unit in back and a 3 car garage all requiring the bright pink paint to be painted over. We knew paint was peeling but had no idea that the stucco underneath had been applied over peeling paint itself and therefore started falling off once the hydroblasting started. Victor took care of this even though it took extra time and effort to remove it all. Victor also patched all the holes (and there were many). To make matters worse, we had windows fully replaced which left open areas around the exterior or the windows. Victor patched those up too. He painted all the iron works, the gutters, & new and old windows. The work was tedious but Victor and his staff were meticulous. If you have a paint job, go with a proven painter like Victor.
