Story

VSCC is a locally owned clinic that is here to help with all your healthcare needs. If your sick, take routine medications, need a check up, a primary care provider, or even a pap we can help! We also do sutures, EKGs, x-rays, immunizations, and more. We have two DNPs that provide service: Debbie Hoover & Gwen Stewart. Both are family practice DNPs with a love and passion for healthcare. Please by all means!!! Don't use this clinic.
They are out to get your money and that's all.
I have been using Debbie Hoover for a long time now, but since they have been on pemberton blvd, the whole staff has gone down. I will be changing doctors ASAP.
They don't keep good record of any kind.

We have been 4 times now in the last 5 months. We had an 8:00 appointment the first time  and it took till 9:00 to be seen because we had to fill out paperwork. The staff has been very nice every time we have been there, and the nurses have been very  professional and efficient in their care. I highly recommend this clinic for those in and out problems when you are in need of seeing someone sooner than later during illness. I let them know ahead of time when I have to be back at work and I an out in plenty time to get medicine and be back with no rush.

The staff is courteous and helpful. Prescriptions are filled promptly. The facility is clean and well kept. They treated me like a valued person, not like a number. Very pleased with the service!

The front desk staff is very unprofessional. 
Set my appointment at 8 didn't get seen until 9 
If I wanted a late appointment I would have set it for that time! 
Only one provider is in, in the mornings! 
I hate that the VA set my appointments here! 
Not saying don't come here, but if you do hopefully you would get better service from the front desk!
