Rating: Acceptable/ good. I was just here and the place is ok. I went through the self serve wash bays in the middle (3 total self serve + drive through automatic washers) and the machine accepting coins worked just fine.The area is covered, but not heated, with both the entrance and exit being open for a drive through. I wouldn't spend a lot of time cleaning my car in here, unless it was really warm outside, as it's uncomfortable when the weather is cold out. The self serve did an ok job of removing dirt from and salt from my car. I gave it a quick pre-rinse, soaping, and washing. The waxing spray does not really do anything for the car... It's $2 for 5 minutes, and you can add more quarters for more time by inserting more money. However when time runs out, you need to insert a minimum of $2 again. This is a pretty basic setup and the brush looked like it was very worn, not the softest. I'd use this place again due to its location (near Victor) to quickly rinse my car. Though this place does not have the most advanced set up

I am well aware that these types of places don't leave your car sparkling clean and is more for just getting the dirt off your car. However, I have been there a few times and every time I go, there is one machine that does not work. It's never the same one so it is hard to tell which ones work. I have never seen an out of order sign on the machine. The only way to tell that it doesn't work is after you deposit the $2.00 and realize that the water is not coming out of the hose. There is no customer service notice posted so you can call the person who owns the business to get your money back. The first time it happened, I disregarded it because it was only $2.00, but now this is the third time it has happened. I will not be returning and instead I will just chalk up the extra few dollars, save myself the frustration and go to an automatic car wash. But if the owner reads this, please place some contact information on your business so you can refund the money. Businesses don't last in Victor as it is and if you want your business to survive I suggest you fix your equipment or refund people's money. Because I know I'm not the only one that has paid money and received no service.
