I lost my engagement ring the week before my wedding.  I filed the claim on Saturday morning, was given an approved quote by Wed (so our personal jeweler knew what he had to work with on the replacement piece), and had the money the following week.  It would have actually been deposited on Friday if it weren't for an account number error, but regardless of that, I was blown away by the compassion of your claims team and how much effort they put into getting my claim paid quickly so that I could have my new ring in time for our wedding on the following Saturday.  Everyone from the jeweler who did my appraisal, to the claims agent approving my claim really went above and beyond, and I could not be more appreciative.  You have definitely earned a customer for life.  That kind of service is worth so much more than a few dollars.
