Victor and his team repaired my mother's back bumper after a small accident. Price was very fair and they did an amazing job. He and his team were extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I had no other choice. I've had work done with victor prior to this last experience and had an "ok" job done and only dealt with the results because I was returning the car as it was a lease. I recently had a fender bender and was verbally provided a quote by victor. He took pictures of the car for his reference. I gathered up the 1600 he was charging me for a tail light and bumper repair. After two months I went back to have the work done. Victor requested I bring the car back in to take a look once more. I did as he requested and then had him go off on a tangent how the cost to me would be 2200 as he didn't notice the damage and didn't quote it including what he had seen. I asked him to refer to the picture he had taken to assure him the the damage was there the day that I brought the car for an initial quote and conveniently it was nowhere to be found. He took the picture of the car on his phone rather than the company camera because he was too lazy and in a rush to go back upstairs to grab it. He asked his secretary if it was uploaded to the computer and she consigned his response "no". Of course that would have been the case because it was on his personal device and am almost sure he forgot to send it and have it uploaded. He hollered and was extremely nasty and said "I will not do any work that I'm not getting paid for" knowing that he had committed the mistake himself. It's a shame that he treats his long term customers like that. Maybe he should retire he is definitely not the Victor I met all those years ago. I would never step foot nor recommend anyone to have services provided here. EVER!

I have known Victor for about 9 years, I have had a couple of accidents in the past, and he has always done a great job. First, I had a Chevy Cavalier and he repaired the car very nice. Also Now I have a 07 Civic, and he has always done a great Job. If people in general are looking for great quality of job done in their cars, I strongly recommend Victor's because, his prices are affordable and Insurance companies likes to deal with him. His very professional and treats customers with education. He does great painting job and adds the appropriate amount of paint and clear coat that your baby vehicle will need!

I use to recommend a lot of business to these guys.  I am very disspointed with the repairs on my vehicle.  They cut a lot of corners and put very poor substandard pieces on my vehicle.  I called and spoke to Victor and he gave me the same song and dance he gives everyone how he looses money on every vehicle and the insurance doesn't pay.  I will never recommend him ever again, Ive had to change most of the parts he put on my car.  I called him today to let him know they put the wrong wheel on my car, last draw, never again.
