We hired Victoria Smith to help us with the sale of my mother's house after a divorce. We were involved in a really sticky situation, trying to figure out how to legally remove a tenant so that we could get the house ready to sell. Victoria's advice about how to handle this situation was extremely helpful and on point, and we were able to convince the tenant to leave so that we could proceed with preparing the house for sale.   Victoria is smart, practical, and very honest.  I hope that we never again need a lawyer--but if we do, we will definitely call her!

Victoria Smith resolved a tenant issue for us with a gentle, but firm hand, bringing it to a speedy and effective resolution. Before approaching her we had interviewed several lawyers who were eager to take an aggressive path.  We decided to retain Victoria because she understood the situation could be resolved with an assertive, rather than an aggressive path. 

Virginia took the time to understand the circumstances before she issued an opinion, and she presented us with a direct solution to the situation.

We hired Victoria Smith to remove an unexpected lean on an investment property. She performed significant research into the background of the case and pursued required legal actions. She was organized and timely to make sure we did not miss any deadlines. The case was resolved to our satisfaction.

Victoria Smith helped me resolve an issue with my neighbors over the proper location of the boundary line and the fence.  What started as a dispute was completely resolved by Victoria after she contacted the neighbors and was able to create a resolution which worked for both of us, and was recorded to protect my property. Throughout the process Victoria was constantly available whenever I had questions, and explained things to me in simple terms.
