Bryan of Victory is a life-saver.   24 hour emergency service is definitely that; arrived night time and helped resolve all my heating issues in a prompt, kind, professional, and thorough manner.  Thank you!

I have a contract with this company to come out twice a year for maintenance.  In May, maintenance was done on my air conditioning and no problems were found.  When I turned it on at the end of May, water was pouring from my bedroom ceiling near where the unit is located.  I was home so was able to catch it but not before a crack and water damage appeared. The company came out again , and it was discovered that the unit was serviced at the site and not further down the pipe. I have called 3 times since to talk with the service manager, Todd.  I left messages and he has never returned them.  I have reported it to my insurance company.  As well, I am contacting the BBB since I see you are connected to them.  Very poor and I will be finding another company.

I switched to a natural gas system which they installed and have needed service multiple times a year since, above and beyond my annual contract inspection. Today 12/14/2017 is the second service call in one month and last month was a valve stuck which cost me over $300.00 with no replacement parts needed. I will call the manufacturer with the issues I’ve had since installation to see if this is common.
