This restaurant is the jewel of the burbs! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, the service is second to none and the chef has put flavours together that are delectable. They called to confirm our reservation the day before and check for any food allergies. We arrived early and enjoyed a few of the amazing cocktails that look like they were invented at Hogwarts! Our server Stephanie was so knowledgeable on the food and wine to pair, she was great. As for the food, wow! The grit cake for starter was amazing! If it is on the menu, don't miss it. The beet salad was so tasty but I have to say the soup was delectable. (Thankfully my guy has no problem sharing!) I had the pork belly with the sausage and my partner had the goat Bolognese, both were yummy, but if you take anything away from this review, save yourself for dessert! The butter cake is melt in the mouth and most probably the best dessert I have ever tasted. This was our first visit, but will not be the last.

Went to this place last Saturday, highly recommended by friends. Very elegant place, nice decorations, excellent service. First course (mushrooms and fry tomatoes) was excellent. Vie salad and the roasted beets were very good. Cocktails were excellent, best smoked bourbon I had. For the main course I got the trout and my wife ordered the chicken. The ginger glaze on the trout was way to much flavor so I couldn't taste the fish (also a very small portion of fish). My wife took two bites of her chicken and it was so salty she couldn't eat it. I tried it and it was way to salty. Our error, we didn't sent it back, we just mentioned it to the waitress. Dessert, the butter cake was awesome. So a mix of good end bad. I guess we were expecting more, because let me tell you, it was expensive. We might give it one more try.

The atmosphere was good. I am just not a fan of spending a lot of money on food. This was my first time here. This is a very open restaurant. If you like privacy such as sitting in a booth there are none here.
