They served me ROTTEN food! Literally!! I ordered the crispy egg noodles with seafood, (which I always ordered so I know what I am ordering of) and it tasted sour like it was old. I assumed it came from the baby corn, they used  canned obviously. I talk to the manager and he said that it supposed to taste like that and it was normal and everyone had different taste bud. They thought I was that stupid so I did not know what the crispy egg noodles should taste?  We usually go here like once or twice a month, but now forget about that!!

The service here is terrible. We came here and the lady walked past our table a total of 7 times without saying anything. When she finally came to the table she just sat the menus down abs walked away.  It took 15 mins before the waiter even came over.  He didn't really understand what I wanted to order. I use to come here all the time because the food is delicious but the service has gone down hill.  The restaurant got a make over  but with the new make over did they hire people who can't speak? I'm so disappointed because now I have to find another place for pho just because of the service

I was craving some pho and wanted to give this place a shot. After waiting 10 min they took my order 30 min later I didn't get my Vietnamese coffee or my pho. They didn't even know I ordered the coffee. Terrible service. Never got my food. Ended up going somewhere else.

It is in an unassuming strip mall next to a SunTrust Bank.   The food here is quite tasty! I usually get carry out but I notice many diners when I get there.  I've eaten in the restaurant once and it was quite comfortable and cozy. The manager and staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant experience.  They have a vegetarian pho broth in case you don't consume meat.  It tastes just as good as the meat version.

STORY:  I got there and picked up my meal.   When I got home it was too spicy.  I called them and said that usually they make it perfectly but it was too spicy this time. The manager said "I'll bring you another one in 10 minutes." I started to give him my address and he said "I know where you live."  He remembered where I lived! That's good customer service!

I've been coming here for few years. The noodles are great, broth good as well as the meat. Dining in I have never had an issue. But taking out it's been twice in the last two weeks they've gotten it wrong or had missing items. Triple check they have gotten your order over the phone right.
