The fresh shrimp and pork salads are deliciously dressed and accompanied by exotic, house-made shrimp chips. Vietnam's classic beef noodle soup, pho (made with fresh beef stock, brisket and flank steak), is served seven different ways with a side of fresh basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, lime and peppers.
