Walked into a practically empty restaurant at 5:15 pm  on a Thursday in mid September. The gentleman told us without reservations it would be "tough" and only had seating outside. They gave us cold sesame bread without butter but there was a flask of oil and small condiment dishes of grated cheese and red pepper flakes to mix together to dip the bread into. I ordered the penne rigata with prociutto and spinach. It was served swimming in oil. I just had to take photos as I've never seen anything like it. I soaked up 5 slices of the bread with it.  The server never came back.. Went inside to pay, dessert? No thank you!

Our first time... and it was one of the better Italian Restaurants in the Cape May area.  We filled up on the yummy Appetizers and tasty Garlic Bread with Mozz!   We went back to celebrate my Wife's birthday, and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and nice to us!  We returned for my Wife's 65th Birthday and the place was just as wonderful as always... with some nice comic relief from our fantastic Waiter!

Absolutely delicious! Our friends recommended this restaurant and they were spot on, we shared a Caesar salad and it was delicious the dressing was light and lemony and had homemade croutons.  We ordered the seafood fradiavolo and the country rigatoni and both dishes were excellent . Cheesecake and espresso for dessert were wonderful As well .  Our server Dennis was exceptional we will definitely be regulars

Food was delicious. Menu was a little limited in my opinion but everything I had was great. Prices are reasonable. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service and food. They were crowded but fit us in. They kept checking on us to tell us they were working on a table. Did not mind waiting at all and certainly worth the wait.  Food was delicious. Traditional Italian food. BYOB  Parking: Off street parking

Best freakin rustic Italian food you'll ever have. Their chicken parm is the best we've ever had and I'm from NY. I've had plenty but nothing as fantastic as this place. Owners and servers are great. If you haven't eaten here, you're totally missing out.

Best dinner for my girlfriend and me while on vacation in Cape May. The portions were very generous and the flavors of our dishes were superb! We had the lasagna, gnocchi and a side of veggies. The server reccomended the desserts and we had a tiramisu on top of it. I will be looking forward to returning next year to see what they have new.

We had the most wonderful experience at Viggianos on Sunset. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular!  They were extremely busy and most probably short handed but not a thing was lacking.  Prices are reasonable and, once again, the food is amazing!
