Me and my husband ordered from there for the very first time and what a horrible experience they gave us. To begin the woman answering the phone is very rude and impatient, she should think about changing careers because clearly she cannot handle stress of working in the restaurant business. 
Second, we had a very simple orde 2 plates and a sandwich, no drinks, costing 40$. Not only did they forget to add Tahina (an Arabic sauce, added on the shawarma) But our order also took over 50 min when we live very close.
I decided to call back the restaurant to complain and possibly speak to the owner, which was very useless, because unless you plan to drive there and speak to him face to face, over the phone you never know who your actually speaking with. Nevertheless, they gave the phone to the cook, and insulted us by offering to give us a 5 or 6 dollar rebate for the next time on a 45 dollar bill including the tip. 
Horrible new administration, honestly does not know how to run a restaurant business.
First and last time we will be ordering from there.
Please do yourself a Big Big Favor, avoid and order elsewhere, you will save yourself a head ach and money badly spent.

Ses bon  mes des fois le poulet est mal cuit ou trop dur et pourla poutine les frite sont bonne pour une poutine

Chandwich pita aux crevettes dégoûtant!!! Crevettes mis dans le pain sans les décortiquer!! Plein de sandres de cuisson!
Poulet des shishtaouk plein de peau mal cuite! La fille qui prend les commandes au téléphone est d'une rudesse!! Les nouveaux propriétaires l'ont vraiment pas!!!

Très moyen sur l'heure du lunch.  Bonne portion mais on oublie de mettre de la sauce à l'ail dans une assiette shish-taouk et les pommes de terre étaient très sèches...  

Je n'y retournerai pas.
