Nice park... management company inept, including current manager.  Visit here often, and the reviews posted by that Kathleen lady and E Maldonado, are friends .. maintenance guy is about worthless and is son of Maldonado.  They are right about one thing though, regional is a piece of work!  Would never buy a place here .. unless it was sold to different company that cares about its home owners.  Hard to find in “corporate owned” parks.

The only good manager we have had was David he  cared and was espectful to all. Wish he was here. Regional manager has no people skills
And walks right past you and won't even say. Never smiles.
My friends I've met here are great. We watch out for each other. Their the best. Some well you know. I love my house but they keep raising our rent .With nothing in return.  But other than that we love it
We have a great maintenance man willing to help anyone of us.

I am happy to be here love Arizona but how this facility is run is sad i had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named David who works for the company who was a great help and very informative

Eliminated 55 Older rule so scum and vermin moved in and the older retied people are moving out. Don't. Move there.
