I think it is better if you are male or a contractor when shopping here.  I thought I could find my item on my own, but the young lady at the check out counter asked if I needed additional help, I said yes, and she rolled her eyes.  She didn't know that I saw her.  No worries, though.  I will still shop here.  I got what I needed, got into my car, rolled my eyes and went home.  Glad she didn't see it.

Quick and knowledgeable staff. Carried my heavy box to my car . Great service.

They refused to warranty my Craftsman hand tool because I didn't purchase it from them. (Craftsman tools can be warrantied from any authorized seller regardless from where it was bought).

I've never had a bad experience there. Have taken stuff in for service. I always see employees helping customers in the aisles. Unlike the big box stores.
