I received a condolence basket from my father's employment, when he passed away.  Villiage Flowers never called ahead to see if I would be home that day for delivery, which I was not.  I found a notice on my door that evening.  I called the next morning to come in a pick up my basket.  It did not look very pretty, like not much thought was put into it and the bake goods were quite stale.  I feel that if Villiage Flowers would have called ahead, I could have received something worth enjoying instead of stale bake goods.

After having a horrible experience at another florist I decided to contact Village Flowers. Donna was amazing and I even found out she knows my Aunt and Uncle and they use Village Flowers for all their florist needs!! I am not local and am looking for a florist in Gladwin to send out arrangements to my mom, she moved to Gladwin a few months back. Donna was professional and even offered to post a photo of the arrangement being artistically created with love for my mom's birthday. Since I am last minute this year, Donna surprised me with same day delivery! When I informed her it was acceptable to leave them on the front porch, she took weather temperatures into consideration and offered other avenues in the event that my mom was not home. 

Hands down, Donna created a hometown business friendship with me and I will be happy to continue to give my business to Donna & Janice in the future!!

I am so happy to have gotten the opportunity to work with Village Flowers and Gifts. They have made accommodations for me to get my flowers delivered on time and set up a beautiful arrangement.

I have always loved Village Flowers and have faithfully used them for years. Unfortunately after experiencing the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere I am saddened to say I will never use their services again! Employee Donna yelled at me called me names and asked me if I was "off medicine" After messaging the owner the owner, she apologized for the tiny issue I had originally wanted  addressedd but NOT once for the horrible customer service her employee displayed.  At least she removed her employees nasty, poorly written reply to my Facebook review as it was highly inappropriate but apparently not inappropriate enough to apologize for!
