I came in with a mess from a different salon. Maria not only  made time for me in her schedule very quickly, but did a really great job fixing the disaster! She was on time, took her time with me, made sure she knew what I wanted, was very knowledgeable, and just an all around pleasure! Very happy with my cut and experience. Would highly recommend :)

Joanne was excellent in assessing my situation and recommending style changes to fit my look.  She took her time in explaining how she would cut my hair and why she was doing it.  Her goal is not to cut hair as quickly as possible, but to make sure I am satisfied.  I have been in the New Haven area for over a year and a half now and Joanne is the first stylist who authentically took the time to listen to what I wanted and then cut my hair accordingly.  I highly recommend her for clean, precision male hair cuts!

The owner is great with great with telling you what looks great on you, she is very friendly. She knows what she is doing, Village Hair is a great salon.
