Great services with the wash and fold, it saves me so much time and it's very affordable. Staff and owner are great. I Highly recommend Village Laundry!!

I don't know what other people are talking about when they say that this place is dirty... It's the cleanest laundry matt I've been to.  My girlfriend and I sometimes come here and it's always been fine.

Machines constantly break down and they expect customers to remember which machines use to be out of order. One girl that works here always wants to start inappropriate conversations with me and gives me excuse after excuse for everything from trying to get me out of here by 10pm (the place closes at 11) to my clothes ripping from the wash machines. Every time I explain to her that I need my money back and for her to call her maanger it would escalate to her yelling at me and/or crying resulting in no refund and manager taking the out of order sign off the machine. Just this week I used a $4.75 machine where no water dispensed until the final rinse cycle with 9 minutes left. Apparently that machine dispenses water slowly in the cold setting. So I did not get a refund because she didn't smell soap left in my clothes. 
I've had many complaints to other employees and manager, but nothing gets fixed or refunded for damages.
Needless to say, horrible cheap owner and mainly one horrible employee that unfortunately works most nights. 
I really wish there is a better laundry matt around te corner from my house.
