Broke a key off in a cabinet lock. They told me how to remove it, and spent the time to find a good match for the key blank even though it was an odd type of key, cut the key and it worked perfectly. All at a very reasonable price.

First time using their service. They charged $55 to cut my Honda key without telling me upfront that it won't work after the cut and will still need to be programmed. Proceeded and charged the $$ then told me "only guarantee that it turns, another $80+ to program it". While understand that it costs to replace these keys, I hate to see this kind of services when they don't want to tell you things and make you find out with additional cost.

Had a difficult problem with a lock on a motorcycle- they weren't able to help, but it wasn't for lack of trying.  Also told me how and what I needed to do to solve my problem.  Without their help I would have messed it up. 
Nice folks.  Will go back there if I ever need locks, keys or help.

Friendly and decent prices but I had a mailbox key copied there the other day and it doesn't work... So that is a bummer
