I have never had a worse experience with a medical practice than what I experienced at Village Podiatry in Lawrenceville, GA. The staff is incompetent and has no regard for the patients. I had a partial toenail removed and it became infected after my puppy stepped on my toe. Because I'm a diabetic the doctor wanted to see me before calling an antibiotic in to my pharmacy. They worked me on and gave me a 3 o'clock appointment. I got there on time and then I waited almost an hour and a half before being put on a treatment room. Once I was taken to a treatment room I saw the doctor for maybe 10 mimutes. He told me he was going to call in a prescription for an antibiotic and my toe would be better by morning and to keep doing what I was doing at home. He told me the prescroption would be waiting for me when I got to the pharmacy. I stopped at the grocery store and then on to the pharmacy and guess what...... no prescription and the doctors office was closed for the day. It is the next day and still no prescription. Thanks for NOTHING VILLAGE PODIATRY, and oh bye the way, I won't be back.... ever, and neither will my Mother.

I like Dr Arnoff he is very professional and takes his job seriously, and the staff is nice and pleasant.
