Very nice people that work there. They have been so kind and patient with my daughter who cries every time I drop her off. Because she's a Mommy's girl.

I am not sure what teacher or receptionist it was, but she was extremely rude, snide, and unprofessional toward me, and her demeanor toward me was inexcusable. All because I was trying to make sure my kids were okay and make sure they kept me properly informed regarding my children while they were under their care. 

When a parent calls to inquire about their children, do your job professionally, ethically, and with a positive attitude regardless of your own personal opinions about said parent.
