Don’t ever go to this place! I stopped by here after work because I got a flat tire. Suddenly they’re telling me that my tire valve was completely snapped off and they’re charging me $165.00. I honestly believe the mechanic purposely snapped it off because they claimed the cap melted into the stem. I literally took that cap off to put air in the tire 3 weeks earlier. But I agreed to it because I left work early to get the tire up and running and was desperate. Then they can’t get my tire bolts off because my key lock is supposedly stripped. Additionally, I have a 2014 Toyota (not like it’s an old car) and just got the valve replaced 2 months earlier. I tell the guy at the desk that I find it hard to believe that I’m suddenly having all of these issues with a tire. He asks me where I get work done (to blame my mechanic), which is irrelevant so I ignore him. Don’t trust this place! Should’ve gone to Ridge Tire & Auto right next door as I had initially planned. While I was waiting the guy at the desk tells his dad to answer the phone and tell the guy that’s he’s not there. The old man lies and tells the customer he’s on the road someplace meanwhile he’s sitting not even 5ft across from him. Poor customer service! The mechanics are some young kids that come into the office guessing what’s wrong with the car. Every time the guy at the desk asked them what was wrong with the car they would say I think....but I’m not sure. Meanwhile he’s telling them to check. Total at the end 224.22! Idk why anyone would come here unless you’re a fool!

Brought car for service because rear brake rotors was getting hot. Told mechanic thought it was emergency brake but it could be a caliper, I'm not a mechanic. I asked them to diagnose and fix. I get a call the next day it's a caliper, ok what's the damage around $750, I said ok do what needs to be done replace both rear calipers if that will fix the issue. Go to pick the car up 3 days later the total is closer to $1000 and the car was dirty inside, didn't argue with them, just glad the car is fixed, WRONG! Drive the car to work and the problem is still very much a problem now I'm stranded 20 miles from home. Not impressed find a different mechanic, the price was high especially the parts, they put in very cheap parts and charge a dealer oem price. Nothing was particularly good about the experience, they clearly didn't diagnose the problem correctly, who knows if they unnecessarily replaced parts, it took a relatively long time to get the car back and after which it was dirty inside and still not fixed.
