Suprised it doesn't have more stars. Love this place!!! They were all nice and made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

Saw the bad reviews but decided to try it anyway due to the upscale and convenient location. Worst decision ever. They saw me in office but billed a DIFFERENT patient of theirs instead of me by mistake, and sent a collection agency after me when the other patient didn't pay. Called and they said they're tried to contact me for months....no missed calls, no voicemails, and there goes my credit score. Wow!!

I have been going to Village smiles for about a year.. and my appreciation for the staff and the place has kept going higher with every visit. I have had quite a few procedures done here.. including an extraction, root canal, bridge and fillings. The quality of the work, the personal care provided and the attitude/professionalism of the entire staff has been very impressive. Dr Lavanya promised me on the first visit that my teeth are her responsibility now .. and she has lived up to that! The support staff is very caring and do a very high quality job. I do remember how much care and attention to detail was given even when preparing a temporary bridge for me.. the assistant worked on it so intently as if she was creating a piece of art. The front desk staff is very conscious of the high cost these treatments can be and work carefully keeping you updated at every step so that there is no surprise related to cost. In addition, working with the Dr, they do come up with options to ensure you can optimize your spending. I was referred here by my friend who also had all good things to say about the place and Dr Lavanya. Overall I like the positive vibe at the place and I do recommend you consider Village smiles.
