Great shop and great crew. Their customer service is second to none. It doesn't matter if they are slammed or slow. They only add to the awesomeness that is the Kingdom Trails.

Awesome mechanics, nice selection of cold microbrews, delicious pesto grilled cheese, and killer views. You can't beat this staff, location, or trail system!

The Right Stuff. I've been trading with VSS since it began -- 40+ years ago? The late John Hibshman sold me my first decent bike, (and others since) my first whitewater kayak (and many other boats since), and innumerable pairs of skis and snowboards. Now John's kids run the shop, and they've recently added a bike-specific annex right on Kingdom Trails. Yeah, you can get stuff cheaper online -- a small family brick and mortar store has got to price things a little higher -- but the new Trailside shop is a cool place to hang out. The techs know their stuff inside and out, and are friendly and personable. And for the love of Pete, they serve local Vemont microbrews and espresso as well, with direct access to Kingdom Trails in a location that will simply knock your socks off. It's really pretty up there. There's a darn good reason Kingdom Trails is one of the top ten destinations in the US.The trail network started years ago when a few local enthusiasts went out with clippers to see if they could cut a good line. I think they did well.
