I have been chartering buses for our skating team for 10 years and I have to say that my experience with Village Tours was one of the best.  Our driver, Ed, was fantastic - helpful, personable, cared about our athletes and came to watch them compete, and managed to get us everywhere we needed to be on time.  The bus was also of top quality.  If we come back to KS, we'll definitely call on Village Tours again.

Our experience with your company was wonderful!  Lori, in sales, was so easy to work with from the outset when I first inquired about pricing and availability.  She was prompt to respond and helpful throughout the process and patient with us as we worked out the details of our needs and schedule.  I would have been lost without her!

Our drivers, Jim and Norm, were also fantastic.  They were consistently on time, friendly and professional.  I was so impressed with Jim, when he even followed up with me after our trip was complete, to see how our teams performed in their synchronized skating competition!  

Also, the bus itself, completely met our needs!

Thank you all, so much , for your professionalism and people skills.  You made us feel confident in our choice to use you as our form of transportation while in Wichita.

We have used Village Tours for our high school programs now for more than 10 years. We have had great experiences with them. I would recommend Village Tours.  Clean Buses, Friendly People, Responsible Rates, and Confirmation on who is driving and when they will arrive.

We have enjoyed traveling with Village a lot until the last trip.  The guides or trip hosts on that trip were not someone we would want to travel with again.  I look at trips and wish but don't want to take the chance of these people being in charge again.

Our trip was wonderful and without incident.  The bus was clean, spacious and had wifi.  I found the entire staff at Village Tours extremely accommodating and answered all my questions with patience and tact.  The traffic going to the solar eclipse was much lighter than we expected so we reached the destination without incident.   Unfortunately, the traffic was much heavier on our return to Wichita.  Our driver, Matt Jacobs, kept abreast of driving conditions and altered the route home so our group didn’t face the hours of delay which would have occurred on our planned route.  Matt was more than pleasant and we enjoyed his company tremendously!!
