We took one of our trucks for an extensive service and cosmetic repair before trade in. An expensive diesel dually that’s not easy to work on. The lads in service completed everything flawlessly for a fair price. The truck was worked hard since new in 2020 and was in 2/10 shape when they received it. Back now and is looking “off the lot” worthy. Definitely would recommend them for service on any vehicles.

We flew from Montreal to Toronto and drove a rental car to Ancaster to see this magnificent beauty. A 2008 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GTS. Impeccable is almost an understatement. Ken and Dave are extremely pleasant to deal with. After we purchased the vehicle and arranged shipping to Montreal, they did a full maintenance check and  repaired and replaced everything on the car that was needed. We have stored it for the winter so have not driven it yet, we are so anxious for Spring to get out on the road! Thanks Ken and Dave for a spectacular automobile and terrific service! Wendy & John

Well, we were in a jam down a car, so I called Ken at Village auto. I explained our dilemma, and as he said “timing is everything”. He had an older Honda come in on trade that fit our budget exactly. It has been a great vehicle for us. Ken has helped us out numerous times and has always stood behind what he has sold us. Only one thing to say, Thanks Again!

I spoke with John there. He was INCREDIBLE. He ran a quick engine light tests for me with no appointment or cost. Was very kind! 10/10 recommend!

Exceptional service, extremely accommodating and very polite staff all the way around. I highly recommend this business if you want trustworthy and top tier service to your vehicle. I brought in my Honda Civic with a leaked radiator and it was after 5 pm. The workshop was technically closed but John took my car and even dropped me back home and next day he started working on the car and made sure that everything else is working fine other than radiator. Checked filters on his own and replaced them. I am really impressed with his dealing. Thanks a lot John

Highly recommend Village auto for all your car repairs ,  I was treated respectfully and left feeling like In was not taken advantage of very rare these days , I dealt with John who was a pleasure to deal with and happy I found a place I can trust and this will be my new go to !!!

Had one of those mornings... Went to do some errands and my battery was dead. Called Audi, Costco, CT and another local shop and nobody returned my calls. One quick call to Jon and he had battery options and even told me that he could fit me in Within the hour right away to get it installed and programmed. While there, I met the owner Daniel and was incredibly impressed with both the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. The only place ill bring my cars moving forward!  Thanks! Jeff

Great service and overall experience! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very informative. I was able to get timely appointments and I just am overall very satisfied with the experience.
