The place was busy for a Thursday night they have pretty good prices. The meal portions are also good. The staff was friendly. I went fir dinner.Food: 4/5
Just say you are out of fresh produce and apologize. Don't serve this garbage to your customers. Been going downhill for a while now. Pizza sitting out for hours petrified. We keep saying no more but we got lazy. Immediate regret!
Beautiful place. The food was, not authentic Italian. We had a pizza, seafood pasta and dessert. The desserts were only okay. Very little flavor, lots of sugar. The pizza had too much mozzarella cheese. It was not very good. The pasta was okay, lacking flavor. Some herbs would have probably helped the dish.Food: 2/5
A very nice Italian restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. The pizza slice is delicious as well as their regular slice and salads. The sit down menu also has a lot of great options.Food: 5/5
I live in Hartsdale for over 5 years and have been a costumer of Villagio for at least 4 years and I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and quality food that are serving this year, 4 consecutive times I ordered pizza and also a salad both were horrible, very sloppy pizza and undercooked, the salad omg always duty and disgusting, old and slimy, My husband and I have gotten sick every time we order from them! Horrible quality, taste and duty. Ugh
The food here is always good. That’s never been a problem. The attitude me and my husband get from staff is unreal and my main issue. Anytime we order for pickup through Doordash or Uber or whatever, there’s an issue. I pay through the app, we go to pick it up and they ask for payment. Every time we have to explain it’s already been paid and there’s always attitude. One time they lost the order ticket and claimed we never ordered from there when we went to go pick up. The manager found the ticket on the floor and shrugged his shoulders after arguing with my husband. I try and try again with this place hoping the attitude was a one off situation and last night proved me wrong again. Ordered through Doordash, husband went to pick up, they ask for payment. Husband shows the Doordash receipt showing paid. Take our food home and our mozzarella sticks had the sauce basically exploded all over them and there was 4 mozzarella sticks. 4 for $9.95? Every other time it’s been 6. My husband calls to make them aware and the guy on the phone is blaming Doordash. WE PICKED IT UP - the driver didn’t eat our food. He kept arguing and said to take it up with Doordash and refused to answer me when I asked how many mozzarella sticks should there be then? We finally gave up and hung up. The food is delicious but I’m quite over the attitude every time we place an order. I can get good food elsewhere where they are nicer.
Curbside pickup has been amazing since the pandemic started! The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. My family loves their pizza. We also love the Clams oreganato. They make a killer grandma's pizza pie that melts in your mouth loaded with savory garlic. The chicken marsala pie is addictive. It's hard to decide which pizza to go with every week, but the standard plain cheese pie is a must, the sauce is so tasty! It's our favorite!
Very disappointed with the service over the past 2 months - we have been loyal and consistent customers for over 10 years. Tonight we ordered 2 large pizzas and they took over 2 hours to arrive. Last time it took over 3 hrs. The pizza is excellent - but the delivery service is deplorable, only excuses and confusion when you call in looking for an update. Pick-up may be a better option for some but is not something seniors / people with accessibility needs can do. Pizza arrived cold, cheese was hard. Update: I originally gave a 2 star review for incredibly poor delivery service and service over the phone to correct the matter but we ordered Villaggio’s again on a whim last night and they delivered it promptly within 30 mins and the pizza was as fantastic as we always remember. Happy that they have fixed their delivery issues.
This was my first time visiting thid restaurant. We were starving after shopping and decided to have lunch here because it was close. RICARDO our server was amazing, He was friendly , attentive and personable. The food was delicious from our appetizers, to the salad and the main entres! I can't wait to go back!
Who the f puts celery on bbq pizza? In what world is celery a pizza topping. If they remove celery from all available pizzas as well as promise to never put any celery on a future slice ill happily change this to 5 stars. Celery? Seriously?
