These are nice town houses to stay at, especially if your with a larger group. The location seems good, but we've only really been going back and fourth to Disney. Everything was clean when we showed up as well. I have to knock points off because of the beds though. The room we where in, it was basically like sleeping on a brick. We ended up taking two twin mattresses in another room and pushing them together for my wife and I because they where better. Still not great, and it sucks having that crack in the middle of the bed. It's worth noting that 2 out of the 3 rooms had the better mattresses, so maybe they are in the process of upgrading them. Some of the appliances are pretty dated as well, but the work fine. I'd say it would probably be at least 4 stars if we didn't have this bed situation (getting good sleep on vacation is pretty important).

Great stay and staff. Weathered hurricane Irma here and felt safe with my entire family. WiFi is fast kiddie water playground pool is really great. Nice pond to fish in.washer and dryer in room. I had a handicap accessible room and both showers and all doors were accessible.

Enjoyed the facilities. It was off-season and we loved the pool, jacuzzi, and watched the wildlife on the resort and the pond. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff helpful and friendly.

Really nice villas. We stayed in the 2Bd handicap on the 1st Fl. It was big and airy. It had a full kitchen, apartment size laundry, and great walk in shower for me. Staff was polite and very pleasant. Everything was clean and organized. The amenities were great too. We'd go their again.

We weren't expecting a full villa house , but it turned out to be great. The parking pass retaining is a bit nuisance you have to go to another office (guest services) to collect them. We found our rooms cleaned with fresh towels at the check in, with full kitchen amenities as well. The attendant at the reception was a bit less courteous, but we were tired anyway. A good affordable place to crash if you aren't looking for an indoor pool or a hot tub in your bathroom.
