I have lived in this community since it first opened in 2006.  We have numerous social activities co-ordinated by the homeowners association.  The community is financially sound, landscaping is beautiful, and snow removal is very prompt.  They even shovel the snow all the way up to our front door.  The design of this community is such that there are no stairs.  The floor plans are great, tall ceilings, state of the art finishes.  The builder has been very hands on and has business integrity.  The neighbors are also very friendly.  Our monthly fee is very reasonable and the property tax is not too high.  Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to buy in this neighborhood.
