Just one heck of a Doctor, he is someone that operates on you and treats you as if he is treating his father.

I had really bad sciatica so Dr. Vinas did surgery on my lower back. I couldn't even bend enough to brush my teeth before and now I run every day- pain gone. If you have the same type surgery keep in mind nerves, muscles and other stuff is between the knife and the disk so it may have temporary effects like I had a lot of trouble with my left ankle, it was like rubber but exercise has much improved that and time will eventually heal it completely. He's a very nice guy not very talkative but he sure knows what he's doing in surgery!
