Wonderful restaurant in Broomfield, CO! We got a reservation for Wednesday evening. No issue with parking or getting our table. We started with the burrata which is 10/10 delicious, great flavors between the cheese and basil. Main dishes we ordered: penne bolognese- rich flavor with the in-house sauce wild mushroom ravioli- this is wow! I’m not usually a mushroom person but the fried mushroom and ravioli with sun dried tomatoes created a great pallet of flavors on this dish. 10/10 recommend. For dessert, we tried the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake- also great! We didn’t order any drinks, we stayed with water and ice tea, but they offer a very extensive and impressive wine menu. Also lots of cocktails to choose from. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!
Such a beautiful spot with an amazing wine selection and delicious food. Killer food and friendly staff. What's not to love!Food: 5/5
This was our first time and we brought another couple from out of state. We arrived early and were directed to a table which was along the path where all those that came in would have to walk by. It wasn't busy at that time so we asked if we could sit to where we could see the beautifully lit trees outside and the bar area as well. Our request was denied but we didn't let that ruin our night. The place is a hidden gem and we enjoyed our bottles of wine, our apps, and our meals.
From the moment you walk in, the inviting experience begins. I picked this place blindly for a group of friends and luckily it was an absolute hit! The drinks were delicious and vast. We started with the mussels and burrata. The mussels had great flavor and appeal. The texture of the mussels was just right. Perfectly prepared for someone who has never tried mussels and all! Burrata is always a favorite to try. My fennel & blood orange salad was fresh and interesting. It was the right size as to not completely fill you up. It was a fantasy of flavors. My entree was superb. I had the Scallops with the mushroom risotto. They import the risotto from Germany and prepare it in the kitchen. It came with 2 scallops which seemed like a small amount, but the quality and presentation was there. It turned into a hearty dish when you add the risotto. Grandma's Apple Strudel rounded out the night. Of course I was the only one to get dessert and when it arrived everyone was jealous. Get your own as the serving size is not really sharable unless you wanna just give up one bite. Although my friend ordered the espresso martini and that was a smooth sip. Wait staff were so nice and attentive. I can't wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful evening !
Really good quality and selection of food. Our dishes were perfectly prepared. Our writer was super nice and had good suggestions. I had a quiet vibe. Great selecting of wine.Food: 5/5
Reviewing here because the person before me reviewed it one star. I was here on the same night, and yes it was a bad night. But we have been here before and it is an excellent place. Even tonight, the food and drinks were excellent with the exception of one dish that was cold, which the owner came to apologize for in person. Considering the situation, the servers were also great and attentive. Vinca had a bad night, as any restaurant or person will have, and it’s not fair to judge them so harshly on that considering that it was clear to see that they were trying their best. We will absolutely be back!
Good new date spot. Great outdoor seating, atmosphere needs a little work with very loud 90s mall piano music. Food is authentic Italian, not American Italian; unusual meat choices for the charcuterie bowl with large chunks of cheese but all high quality. Desserts are fantastic. Wait staff are a bit sarcastic and need time to learn their menu, didn’t know what the five espresso options written in Italian meant and had to go ask them told us “ok this one is with milk, this one with creme, this one I’m still not sure…” Great potential, just still shaking out the new restaurant stuff. We’ll go back and try them again soon.
First time ever having the schnitzel and I will say its the best I’ve had so far. Asked around for a good local restaurant to go to and was told to come here. The drink was fantastic as well as the food. Cooked to the T on everything. Bread of the main dish was crunchy perfect amount around the veal. Perfect chew to the veal fully cooked. Mash potatoes buttery and lightly seasoned really paired with the jam/jelly. Drink i had with the meal was highland park 12 yr, Viking Honor. Amazing taste of spices, orange, and a smokey flavor. Not over powering at all! Will most definitely return and bring more friends with me next time. Staffing in the restaurant is great a-lot of friendly faces and service. Cant wait to try the new dishes in the upcoming months and hopefully years.
We had a good experience with the food and service - the shrimp polenta was awesome. However, if you have dietary restrictions or specific preferences, just be prepared as they won't do substitutions because they have a small kitchen, which is clearly stated on their menu. There are only a few gluten free options and only a single entree when we visited but our waitress was helpful in answering our questions.
What a terrible experience. Was so disappointed. Was recommended by friends and we were excited to try. Gosh - bad bad bad. Never been anywhere before where they forgot to bring the starter and hour and 15mins after arriving. Cocktails were good, great wine menu. Was excited ti have schnitzel…. But it was tough. Don’t be tempted. Terrible, and disappointing.
