If you have not been here you should go. It is an excellent place to eat. The wait staff is very attentive and accommodating. The food is well worth the price. My wife and I were here yesterday and had the champagne dinner. It was expensive but it was a tasting menu prepared by a James Beard award chef. He even served my wife's first course personally due to the special request. One of the owners is always walking around and making sure the guest are happy. I would recommend this place and we will definitely be going back again.

My boyfriend and i went for a nice dinner. It was decently priced and the food was amazing. Our waiter gave us a free desert because it was our two year anniversary. I would absolutely go again.

I have been here a few times in the last couple of years. I like the staff and the food is pretty good. However a couple of things really hurt this place. Number one is the costs. Compared to the other Italian eateries the prices are not justified when you can go to a number of other places, get just as good food (if not better) and spend half the money. Secondly, I was not pleased after my most recent visit to find they are now charging automatic gratuity for everyone (called a "service charge"). I was not informed of this and left a $20 tip besides $15 I was already charged. To be fair, it was circled on the bill and I failed to notice it until well after the fact. Not a fan of this practice and it is no wonder the crowd on a Saturday night was pretty small. I can understand why they offer Groupons all the time after seeing that too. Speaking of which, I bought one that was a $50 value and my bill was still $44 if that tells you anything. Again while I think there are good people who work here, sadly I don't think I will be back anytime in the near future.

Great food. Staff was very attentive. Their was constantly someone coming by our table, the owner even gave us a 10 second "hope you enjoy your meal" while looking at the table next to us. Which he spent a few minutes talking to as I'm assuming they are regulars. I understand greeting and making your regulars feel at home, but what about the newbies. He was even the one to reheat the food for that table. Regulars keep your doors open, but without the newbies their will not be any bread and butter to feed them. Just saying.

From our first step in the door, both owners were warm and welcoming. Our table and service was great and the food was phenomenal; as good of a tasting as any fine dining location we’ve been to in Louisville. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Excellent!
