Have anyone reported them?? If so, where? I am currently renting with them and it’s TERRIBLE. Anyone know of some good lawyers? They’re making changes and not reporting the changes to residents, but expect you to abide by them. Does anyone know who you call when you and your kids are being affected by your neighbors smoke and vinebrook just tell you to do a maintenance request because it’s coming through your vents. As my air is blowing, smoke is blowing out of my vents. I really cannot wait for my lease to be up. I’ll never recommend them. Make sure you record your calls and make note of all service request just in case they want to play victim later

Paid $1020 deposit when we moved in. Asked them to fix the broken window and blinds and they never fixed either the entire year we lived there. Kept the house very clean and spent 2 days cleaning upon moving out and they charged us $198 water and sewage fee?? And $120 to repaint and $140 for carpet cleaning? This place is a joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CLOWNS. They will rob you of your deposit and claim damages weren’t present before. People like this deserve to be hung by their toes

I have been concerned about Vinebrook, with all of the 1 star ratings I am seeing, but we have been in one of their homes in Huber Heights since Spring of last year. Admittedly the house was a little rough when we moved in, but we made sure to take video and plenty of pics, and documented the condition before we moved anything in. We have submitted 2 service requests to date, and both were addressed in a very reasonable time frame! My opinion could change if they give us a difficult time about the security deposit whenever we move out (since I will be leaving the house in better condition than it was in when we took possession) but, at this point, I honestly have no issues with these folks and would rent from them again!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS RUDE AND BLOOD SUCKERS!!! Service requests HAAAA that’s all it is A REQUEST! I was lied to about everything during my walk thru just to get my money paid 1080 in a deposit moved in with nails hanging out the walls the unit is infested with termites the toilets are always backed up (no we don’t flush tampons wipes or large amounts of tissue) I have no hot water in my kitchen sink and never have. My hot and cold knobs are all backwards and they get stuck in the on position and it takes at least 5-8 mins to get off. The dishwasher leaks. Every time it rains it floods really bad to the point you have to take off shoes and roll up pants because the water is knee high. My ceiling also fills up with pockets when it rains. MIND YOU ALL THESE PROBLEMS ARE FROM WHEN I MOVED IN AND THEY STILL EXIST.Parking is a joke people are allowed to park in your carport and if you say anything to tell the old lady with glasses will (Tell you off) they refuse to give out there names I asked for a corporate number I was told “No I’m not allowed to give you that or the managers name they don’t like people calling them directly” 🤔 Overall this is a very unprofessional place and honestly your better off living in free projects a low income trailer or a tent rather than to move here and give these people your hard earned money RUNNNNNNNNNN 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃 🏃 🏃

Vinebrook Homes are unscrupulous crooks! My ex-husband and I rented a townhouse for 4 years for financial reasons we went in together to live there. In Dec of 2015 I told my husband I was leaving at the end of the lease (31 Oct 2016). I was the one paying the rent each month I moved out and moved in with a friend in July 2016, but I continued to pay the rent until the end of October when the lease was up. In early September's I went in there offices to speak with someone about moving out and that I was not going to renew my lease since I was no longer residing there. The woman I spoke with gave me a form to fill out saying I was moving out as of last day of the lease being up. I put it in the night drop box a few days later as I was instructed by the woman from the office. I moved to Florida the end of September 2016. My ex-husband continued living in the town house, but could not afford the rent. He was evicted the day before Christmas Eve. He is a Veteran and was in the midst of getting help from VA to pay past due rent and help him out with future rents. Vinebrook kept raising the amount he owed. VA wouldn't pay the raised fees. So he was evicted. Imagine my surprise, while in Florida, getting a formal court document in the mail that I was being sued for $3, 000. I promptly called to defend myself as I had turned their paper in stating I would no longer be responsible for rents after the lease ended in October. They denied ever getting the form I filled out and when I asked to speak to the woman who had given me the form... She had been let go and no longer worked there. Several weeks later, I received a letter from Montgomery County Court that the case had been dismissed by the judge, because Vinebrook never showed up for any hearings and failed to prove I was guilty of owing $3, 000. However, this has shown up on my credit now as an eviction, even though the case was dismissed. I disputed it, but they refuse to take it off my credit report causing me issues getting another apartment.
