Had trouble with my kitchen sink, James was very professional, and did a great Job. I will be using Vinson anytime I have the need in the future and highly recommend their services. Thanks again James.

Be careful when using and watch for the bait and switch. I was told $90 a hour labor on the phone and when I got the bill it was $125 an hour. When I asked about the discrepancy I was told " well there were two people here" I responded back by saying I didn't request two people and the labor should be what I was quoted. I was then told "well the $90 is for the first hour", looking at the bill I was charged $125 for all hours. THEN he tried to bill me for 6 hours. He was her from about just before 11 to just before 4, when I told him he was over billing he said " okay, I will give you the 5 hours". The work was done to expectations but the billing issue over shadows the job.

Fast Response! Called due to a wiring problem and a technician was here within 10 minutes. Had problem fixed in an hour. GREAT WORK!

I have always had a good experience with Vinson. I have only used the plumbing side, but have had them do work for me several times. Every time the person worked quickly and professionally did a great job. I have found their charges to be very reasonable and found the people they send out to go the extra mile to get it right.
