The associates that work here are terrible. Always brooding around with frowns on their faces and always acting anti-social when you approach them at the counter. 

So much for being able to strike up a conversation about something nerdy with a fellow nerd. The people who work here are so anti-social and look at you like you're ruining their solitude. Whatever dude. 

They also have trouble getting comic issues shipped to their store. X-Men Gold #14 came out on October 18th, 2017 (it's November 3rd as I am writing this review) and they still don't have it yet. I'm a subscriber, and I have to put up with this nonsense!

Avoid this place. It's complete garbage.

This location is disgusting. It stinks as you walk in like B.O. They are not friendly as the south store is. They do still carry the Vintage toys but they are too proud of them. Never understood the higher prices at this location over the south side or even the one in Rogers Ar. or the Big store in Joplin. Obviously they don't have a good area manager because if I visited a store that stunk like that it would be fixed. But its been that way for a long long time.

My only wish is this were a VStock like the ones in St Louis, meaning bigger!  Otherwise, excellent every time so far and thats been several times now.

WITHOUT A DOUBT, DEFINETLY THE RUDEST, MOST HATEFUL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Having worked in retail myself for many years, I know how customers should be treated.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
