I've gone here a few times, two haircuts, two facials and one massage. There does not seem to be any consistency in the service provided. The first haircut I got was good, but this last one is uneven. One side of my head is longer than the other. When I got the facials, the first person wasn't sure what all was in the signature facial and said it included dermaplaning or microdermabrasion  which is in the ultimate, she did go look it up and did everything accordingly after she referenced their services. This past time I went I had a different person and she asked me what I was wanting like a lunch time peel or something else which is a complete other service that they offer. I wasn't sure how to respond as I just thought they did the services that are listed in the description. I said I was just looking for a relaxing facial as there were no specific points that I wanted to work on. She did not perform the the "enzymes to exfoliate" because the last time I had it the lady left it on there for a few minutes and I could feel it tingling,  nor did she do the hand and arm massage that supposed to be included in the signature facial. I've been to other salons in the area as well as St. Louis and have never come out wit my hair uneven and the staff knew all of their services that pertained to their job. I don't think I will be returning.

I went for a lunchtime peel, Julie did an excellent job. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to go back for additional services. Highly recommended.

I love everyone of my visits! The haircuts are on point as well, for everything else.               🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
