If I could rate this a 0 I would!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever gone to. I went in to get my nails, & eyelashes done with my cousin in law and she got her lashes done first and I got my nails done and my nail lady was WONDERFUL my nails are great but LINH is very rude. She walked over to my nail lady and told her my
Eyebrows were awful and needed to offer to have them waxed. After I was done with my nails I went back to get my lashes done and went in the room my cousin was in to see hers, LINH then grabbed me by my arm to take me to the other room to do my eyelashes. She then started putting wax on my eyebrow before I even said yes to do them. She also offered me a $45 facial because she told me it will clear my pores of all the blackheads and pimples I have all over my face and I’ll be pretty again. So when she started my
Eyelashes she didn’t even ask what I wanted and just said “I’ll make them look nice, you don’t want long because you eyes small” I AM FURIOUS BY THEN. She then got clue in the corner of my eye by my eyeball and poked at the clue with the sharp eyelash tool and poked my eye. After being done and almost done with my cousins nails she tried selling my cousin weight loss products that she told us she sales on the side. After leaving I can barely see because these eyelashes are TERRIBLE. I will never recommend anyone to this place at all. AND LINH IS THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER MET. DO NOT GO HERE

On Friday July 14, 2017 I went into this nail salon to get a solar fill and cut down. This is my 3rd time going there since I moved to Palestine. It's normally a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere but not this time. I walk in and I'm greeted like normal I pick out my normal mood changing color ME1012 I sit down to get my nails done. 4th seat on the right. She was very nice. But the rude skinny lady next to her in seat number 5 was rude she kept side talking to the lady who was doing my nails about me and I kept asking what is she saying the lady kept saying nothing. Low and behold she wanted her to charge me $50 for a new set because she assumed I was changing the color on my nail. I explained to her that it's mood changing. The skinny rude lady at table 5 kept saying stuff to her so I said you know what I will take my service else where. I spend too much money in there and should not and will not experience rude and poor customer service. There was a guy in there who was bald headed I forgot to get his name he sits in seat number 2 right side. He asked what was wrong and told me he would do my nails. He did a great job and had great customer service. When I was done I washed my hands in warm water and my nails changed colors. They were the same color as when I came in so I showed the 1st lady who was doing my nails she was amazed. I'm a very loyal customer and if im getting good customer service I will return! The owner might want to get a hold on Miss Seat #5 because her rudeness and poor customer service is losing money for there establishment. I will return to make a formal complaint in person since the owner had left early that day!

Quit going... Went and ended up with fungus under my nails because they were not sealed properly... Took pictures and filed complaint with cosmetology board of Texas.

Just lazy, unprofessional service.  I went once before and was treated unprofessionally .  I decided to try again - no change.  There will not be a third time.
