I'm so frustrated. This was the second time I've been here and I was excited to try the natural 'sand' manicure. The last time I came I remember how kind everyone was. The girls were still kind, but my fingers are bleeding. The nail drill was dragged all around my cuticles and I don't feel it was sanitary enough for open wounds. Love the attitudes of the gals, but won't return. :( OW!

Kristie is no longer working there due to unsanitary practices and infection control. Prices has also been increased without acknowledging me as a customer. I will not be returning.

I bought myself and another girl pedicures here one day, in addition to a fill for myself and a full set for her, and the women who did our pedicures were rude and rough during them, my big toe nail got painfully infected and took over a month to heal. Several of the women working there were repeatedly rude to me most of my time in there and I was the one who was paying for everything the two of us had done during our time there, and on top of it, when I asked her to fix 1 of my nails because SHE messed it up, she gave me an extremely hard time and then charged me extra for it! I will NEVER EVER go back, and I tell my friends to stay away.
