I have been going to VIP for a while now and each time I go there for a service I am completely satisfied. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They are also very attentive. Becca is the stylist I see and she is amazing. She is very thorough. She works with me to achieve the exact look I am picturing, and always manages to exceed my expectations. She is a phenomenal stylist and I am always extremely happy after I see Becca for my cut and color.

I called about an appointment for my bridal party, the receptionist was a little rude and said she would call me back and let me know if they could help me. I never heard back and at this point I am going somewhere else I have never called a salon and got told they would get back to me.

Very nice facial except I did not get everything that was advertised in the description of the 90 minute Pampering Facial. It should have included neck and shoulders massage. Esthetician left the room for over 10 minutes to let me "rest" which would have been great time for her to do this.

Always a great experience at VIP Salon. Because is professional and always listens to my ideas. Staff very nice and always accommodating.

Meni, you, and many others....some people can't just show a picture of what you want to look like, and expect these women to perform miracles. I've been getting my hair done there for years and have never had a problem. They all are professional and ALWAYS back there clients up and give refunds if necessary. You must have been a rare one who thinks they can look like a movie star if you show them a picture. Get a grip and don't deface the name of a great salon based on your insecurities.
