Hey Al, get over it. Said by James at approximately 12:17 PM, 16 Dec 2017.  The people you SHOULD be complaining to are your perfect little suburbia neighbors, probably including yourself, that don't know how to properly use a trash can!  No collection truck is watertight and if your neighbors spent more time paying attention to what they throw in the cans instead of the time spent ensuring their grass does not exceed 2.25", or the guy next door has a piece of paint peeling off his mailbox. This is YOUR mess and your neighbor's mess, not theirs.  You might get the bottom of your Birkenstocks wet getting the mail until the first rain washes it away, these guys picking up after you every week have to walk in it all day!  If your lazy neighbors poured their liquids down the drain and food in the disposal like it's designed for, trucks would not have "toxic waste" as you put it leaking out, collection sites and recycle centers would not need to be as heavily staffed to clean up after you and your neighbors, and landfills would not fill as quickly which, you guessed it...causes us taxpayers to pay less.  Just by simply taking the time to empty whatever container before tossing it into a bin that "magically makes it disappear" every week...out of sight, out of mind. Way to go Al...let's spend MORE money cleaning up after you and everyone around you!
