My experience with the front desk staff was great upon entering the facility. I really enjoyed Dr. Omarzai's nurse Lydia. She was very outgoing and made me feel very comfortable. Now for Dr. Omarzai I can't say I felt so comfortable with him. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but he made me feel as though I had no business being there. My encounter with the lady that made my other appointments for my next visits was pleasant. However, I gave this facility an 8 because of my unpleasant experience with Dr. Omarzai. I am not saying he isn't an excellent doctor I just want pleased with his, as some would say, "bedside manner". Otherwise a great place to go for cardiovascular care.

Great care at VCS. Staff was very professional and friendly. I felt they really listened and cared about my well-being. They were very attentive, explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had the best time and I was there for a nuclear stress test. The nurses and the office staff were SO nice. It was as if we all had been old friends. The nurses explained every step of the test. I was at ease the whole time!

I found VCS at Waterside to be extremely curtious and respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
