I am closing my accounts and having my loans refinanced through my bank in NC . I have never seen a bank where no one will return your calls after repeatedly assuring you they will. I have never seen a bank where I the branch tells you one thing and the customer service line something totally different I am currently holding for an estimate of 9 minutes. This is ridicoulous

I recently switched over from Wells Fargo (an awful, evil corporate monster) and have really enjoyed my experience with VCU thus far. Their interest rates put Wells Fargo to shame, and they are far more customer friendly. I don't know why I waited this long. Jacqueline at the East Broad Street branch helped me set up my account and was extremely helpful and efficient and provided me with a ton of helpful information. Credit unions are the way to go.

This institution will nickle and dime you to death.  Used to be a great choice, but they have gotten greedy over the years.  I'm taking my business elsewhere......
