I've been a member of this bank for several years now and haven't had this issue till now but it is on going and very irritating. I work 10hr days 7 days a week and really only have time to run by the bank to deposit my paychecks after work. The paycheck from one of my jobs is a standard size check and though I've never had problems with other checks that are standard size at this particular location the ATM refuses to take my check but the one on W. Broad street will. However, it's out of my way to go to that bank. The paycheck for my other job is almost twice the size of a standard check and the ATM has no problem accepting those, so what the deal is with the VCC ATM is beyond me, but if it continues I will gladly take my business to the W.Broad bank.
