Everyone is very nice and compassionate. Dr. Silverman is very professional and understanding. Has a lot of patience too and can tell he actually cares. I am glad I switched over to this practice from the horrible experience I had at shore physicians group prior. Words can't express how grateful I am to have found this practice and doctor.

I have been seeing thus Dr for 25 years, but since Virtua took over, trying to get through to speak to a human being is very frustrating.
