It has been a pleasure to have Donald Payne Jr. at Vision Realty Inc. as my realtor. I’m also a realtor and it was my first time being the client in a transaction. However, Donald has made this process very easy for me. He is a professional and highly knowledgeable about real estate. He provided us with a great contractor and home stager. We had 35+ people at our open house and received well over asking price. He got our home in contract and sold swiftly. Don Payne and I have worked together for a while now and he is fun, energetic and truly concerned for all his clients. I am so impressed with the way he responds and his general attitude toward his business, his clients and his family. IF you're moving anywhere around the Columbus area I can't recommend Vision Realty highly enough!! Great team!
